Here to help
Let’s get you
unstuck.
Questions about your account, sign-in texts, or a connection? Contact FixUber at support@fixuber.com.
Help us find the issue
Include your name, the problem, and the job number if you have one. A screenshot can help—hide private details first. Never send a sign-in code, password, payment card, or identity document by email.
Text messages
Request a new code on the sign-in screen and check the phone number. In your account, select Text alerts to manage job notifications. Reply STOP to a FixUber text to stop texts through our messaging provider, or HELP for support details. To restore provider delivery after STOP, text START to the same number. Changing your website preference does not override a provider opt-out.
Sign-in codes use the same sender, so STOP can also block future sign-in texts until you send START. Keep the website open for time-sensitive offers and updates; a text is not a guarantee that an offer remains available.
Account and privacy requests
Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, or to report a privacy concern. We will verify that the request concerns your account before disclosing or changing information. See our Privacy Notice for what we collect and share.
Before meeting or starting work
FixUber connects independent requestors and contractors. Both parties must vet each other and agree on the work, price, access, and arrival time. For a concern about misuse, include the job number in your email.
FixUber is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service directly.
