FixUber lets requestors select a Texas locality when posting a job and lets contractors choose where they serve. The app includes communities such as Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and El Paso. A place being listed is not a promise that a contractor is online or available.

How locality matching works

Select the locality where the work will happen. The app looks for an available contractor who lists that locality and the relevant trade. Distance is considered where location information is available, but the website does not calculate a driving ETA. Review the contractor who accepts and confirm the arrival time and address directly.

Before posting

Describe the task and include useful photos, equipment details, and access arrangements. New requests are ASAP. Both parties must vet each other and agree on the work, price, and any required credentials before a visit or work begins.

The directory reflects the places available in the app’s locality selector. It is not a list of active contractors. For questions about selecting a place, email support@fixuber.com.
