A useful request starts with the details

Include what happened, where the issue is, and what outcome you need. Photos, equipment models, dimensions, or access details can help a contractor decide whether the job is suitable. If you are unsure of the category, describe the issue clearly in the app.

Agree on the work before it begins

FixUber does not set the repair price or provide the contractor’s services. Diagnostic fees, estimates, materials, payment arrangements, and arrival times should be discussed directly with the contractor. The selected category does not replace a professional assessment.

The app includes locality selectors for Florida and New York. A locality appearing in the selector does not guarantee that a contractor is currently available there. Explore supported locations.
